INFORMATION AND REFERRALS

Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre understands life can sometimes be difficult and we are here to support you.  We have specialised outreach services, partnerships and relationships that provide assistance to children, young people, adults and families.  Our services include, but not limited to: financial counselling, family counselling, drug and alcohol counselling, youth counselling, domestic violence services, emergency relief, health and well-being programs, education and employments services etc.

EMERGENCY RELIEF

Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre provides Emergency Relief support for people living in our local community (Blacktown LGA).  We provide food vouchers, food parcels, EAPA vouchers (electricity).

CASE MANAGEMENT

Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre recognises that sometimes people go thorugh very difficult and complex situations.  During this time it may be necessary to refer you to our service partners to provide you with the dedicated assistance you may require  Our Caseworker will co-ordinate these services.  We ensure that our service partners have the same ethos and vision as we do and we are committed to working together to provide a holistic meaningful service that will empower you towards a brighter future.

ADVOCACY

Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre recognises that sometimes you may need people to advocate (speak) on your behalf, whether it is for: your rights, your wellbeing etc.  We are here to support.
